Day 5 of week 1

Today went well. Went to the gym again today. I really like it. I am a little sore today, so tomorrow I will do only cardio. Other then that I had some pizza for supper. I had some flex points to use, so I had a few pieces. I was impressed that I did not over eat! Good for me!

So the weekend starts, I hope I stay on my plan! wish me luck!
